You can request a return within 30 days if the perfume is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Email returns@vabiya.com.

Contact us within 48 hours at returns@vabiya.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

No, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
